I have developed a referral based marketing system that has proven very effective. I pride myself on giving outstanding service and building lasting relationships with my clients. I work with many first time buyers and I am always looking to become their realtor for life, rather than just for the present transaction. I hold a Real Estate Brokers license with the DRE, and I continually stay updated on trends and regulations that affect our industry. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly, SLO and that enables me to use technology to its fullest and run a business that operates in step with the latest advances in technology to research homes, sign documents and communicate frequently with my clients. I make certain that all my clients have all the information that’s available to them during every step of the transaction and I explain fully all of their options, without any pressure or hard sales tactics. I make certain my clients feel 100% comfortable when they are buying or selling a home and I am always available after the sale for any additional questions, and that is when my clients usually will mention that their brother or colleague or neighbor is in the market to buy or sell and would like me to contact them. That is how my business is built. One happy customer to the next, and then repeat the process over and over. I feel very fortunate to have helped so many terrific people buy and sell homes for the past 5 years, and I couldn’t do it without referrals and repeat business.
