What we do?
At CES Realty we deal with banks every day with loan modifications and short sales. Loan modifications are fairly straight forward, you either qualify or you dont. You can do this for free on your own, every bank has a toll free number and departments to work with you directly. If you do not like talking to the bank, you can provide us the information, we will package it and submit it to the lender(s) for approval. No advance fee, no back end fees, zero cost.
Whats the catch?
The property the loan is on must be in Orange County or parts of Riverside/San Bernadino county. Other than that there is no catch, loan modifications are something that you can do your self for free. We are real estate professionals that are looking to expand our business by doing good work for our clients. Occasionally in market down turns we need to help people out of bad situations. We hope that once resolved and you decied to get back into the market we will be the first people you call. We make it easy in that you give us the information (we tell you exactly what they want) we process it and package it for you and fax it in.
How to get started?
Step 1 - Complete our secure paper less loan modification application.
Step 2 - You will recieve an email with a list of documentation that the banks require to review a loan modification request. You will need to gather these documents and fax them into our office. (Toll Free fax number, cover page is provided for you.)
Step 3 - Once all of the above steps are completed our underwriter will review and process your file. Once complete you will recieve an update with what they find.
Step 4 - Your complete loan modification request will be faxed into the bank. You will get a fax confirmation when it has been sent.
Step 5 - The bank will respond to your request in writting.
